Rarely do you have the opportunity to highlight great service these days so I am glad I now have the chance. We recently called you company for a quote to design and install a couple of internal wardrobes. The gentleman who came to quote (Ronnie Nassour) arrived on time, was extremely helpful and treated us like a customer and not an irritation. The quote (04410) was accepted and the installation time was booked.
I thought I would wait in drafting this letter just in case things went down hill from there with the rest of the process. Needless to say the installation proceeded on time and again the level of the service was great (I am sorry I do not know the installers name).
